Formula for upkeep allowance:
Upkeep_Planet = 20 * (Command Bunker level of the planet)^2
Total upkeep allowance = sum of all planetary allowances
Upkeep cost: 20% of the point value in credits for class 1–4, and 10% for class 0
Combat Ranking Calculation: (in development)
Points gained for combat ranking = Destroyed points from this battle * current K/D ratio
Total ranking points = Sum of all weighted points as calculated above from ranked battles
