The Arquitens-class offers a protected landing area for smaller ships in the centre of the split bow. The standard armament includes 4 Turret-mounted twin light turbo-laser batteries and 4 heavy quad laser cannon batteries. A general statement about the armament, speed and other systems cannot be made due to the multifunctional modification possibilities of the Arquitens-class. In the ranks of the Galactic Republic, its use as a light multi-purpose cruiser, escort ship, border patrol ship or command cruiser is only a fraction of its tasks.
